International pre-med post-bacc programs

Are there any post-bacc pre med program in UK or any international countries that accept American students?

This is not a thing in the UK, medical school is typically entered from high school or undergraduate degrees.

I have never heard of any premed postbacc programs outside the US, Canada does not have them either.
