international stats! about NYUCD!!

Hey.
I am an international student pursuing a career in dentistry.
I heard NYUCD accepts the most international students among other US dental schools..
I will be applying to several dental schools.. such as BU, Temple, NYU, UMDNJ, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Maryland etc..
My question is... How hard would it for me (international student) to get accepted to any of those schools? My top top choice is NYU..

Here is my stats:
I have about 3.43 overall GPA and 3.37 Science GPA.
About 200 Hours of dental experience.
200-300 Hours of volunteering.
Some activities and clubs in school.
4 Good LORs. (my dentist's recommendation letter is exceptional)
I am planning to take DATs in 4 weeks. I am aiming at 21~22 AA.

What are my chances with this stats as an international student?
Do I need at least 22+ DATs.. since my GPA isn't too great?
Do I have a shot at NYUCD?

I think you definitely have a shot at NYU based on the recent statistics of the matriculating class. But then again, I'm not part of the admissions committee. I would say you definitely NEED to aim for those HIGH 20s DAT scores. On another note, I'm not applying this cycle but aren't the letters of recommendation supposed to remain unread by the applicants? 🙂

I don't think I can raise my GPA as of now.
I am not taking summers classes because I am taking DATs in 4 weeks.
Although my GPA is not 3.5, I can try to aim 21~22DAT.
So.. with 3.43 oGPA, 3.37 sGPA and 21~22DAT, will I have a shot at either NYU or BU???
If I was not an international student, I would have much more chance of getting interview from NYU and BU..
Also I don't have any research experience, but I have 4 friends who are going to be D1 at NYUCD starting this year who did not have any research experience.
I know it would be a plus... but I actually don't have any time to do it before I apply.
So.. will I have a shot with 21~22DATs?
