I am a 4th year international medical student and I am interested to have a good residensy in USA .. Please, what should I do from now to have an excellent cv ? ESpecially concerning clinical research and clinical experience .. please help me !

Get US clinic rotations prior to your graduation. Once you graduate you can only observe.

Actually , I have difficulties with visas to US . I can't be in USA till I am already graduated . Please , could you advise me about what to do after graduation ? ESpecially if I do not have so much money but I think I have enough .
