Hey! ... i work in a specialty mail order pharmacy ... very different than regular retail, but definitely not the direction i am looking to go towards in the future
pros- regular consistent hours (our pharmacists work 9-5, no weekends, no holidays), no need to deal with patients watching and rushing you to fill their script, etc...
cons- on the phone 90% of the day (for some this may be a good thing ... but not for me), the need to deal with shipping and delivery problems on a daily basis, never get the opportunity to actually meet or even see the patients you are treating, etc ...
