Kaplan Qbank and USMLEWORLD for Cases

I used Crush and the HIDDEN GEM CD.

Crush sucked...its really easy to study from and thats why I think its so popular. However, after taking the exam and practically memorozinf Crush, there was almost not material on Crush that was tested.

The HIDDEN GEM CD IS perfect. It has about 20 files burnt onto CD. I printed out the files, punched holes in them and made it into a looseleaf notebook. I think the website is

Kaplan notes (2 volumes and one Q book). Friend of mine gave me papers with about 70 simulating cases ?? printed out from USMLE word!!. I don't know.

First Aid and USMLEWORLD. Didnt like Crush as much as others seemed to.

First Aid (CCS cases) and Qbook. Plus free Qs from USMLE CD. I do not know how anyone can study more than that? I mean, I can only take five days max during my intern year and it includes the two days to take the test. Of course, if you are doing TY instead of surgery...

I used Crush Step 3 and Boards and Wards. Did a few review questions but not too many. I thought COMLEX Step 3 questions were very similar to Step 2 but....*gasp* some were ALMOST well written. 😀

Agreed. Similar to step 2.

I used Boards and Ward (read it once), and did alot of question from USMLEWorld. I used USMLEWorld in tutor mode so I could learn what I didnt' know. This worked pretty well for me.
