Internships as Extra-Activities?

Hello,

As a social work student (bachelor's level), the curriculum requires us to complete an internship at an agency. I am currently fulfilling my practicum at an agency that serves individuals with Developmental Disabilities. I wanted to input this information on my application. Has anyone else done this? I will be calling PTCAS soon to confirm but am interested in your thoughts.
