Hey all. Kept getting LFT questions wrong so did some questions from this UK journal. Stuck on Q5 and Q6 from Quiz on liver function tests - any help would be much appreciated!!

Q5: resolved/treated HCV may show completely normal labs. This is why F is the correct answer.

Q6: RUQ colic = likely a biliary pathology like cholecystitis vs choledocholithias with biliary colic. Obstruction of the biliary tract will lead to direct hyberbilirubinemia and increased ALP. ALP is sensitive but no specific for biliary pathology so you use GGT which is more specific. B labs are the most correct.
