How difficult is it to land a a NIR fellowship spot from neuro as compared to radiology?

Getting easier and easier every year but still limited access. Sooner or later all NIR fellowships will be run by neurologist/neurosurgeons just like interventional cardiology was taken over by cardiologists. These things take time.
