Interview Advice??

Well, spare you guys the long story, but I am applying a year sooner than anticipated. Just got everything submitted about 2 weeks ago, so I haven't heard from any schools yet🙁. Now I am reading all the interview horror story threads and my palms are getting sweaty. All you interview wise veterans out there, any pointers, tips, dos and don'ts?

Stats:

MCAT=11, 9, 10
GPA=3.0
2 years research, and 2.5 years clinical job exp.

Applied to the Texas Schools.

When you sit down, imagine you are sitting down on your living room sofa. Relax and talk with your interviewer like you have been friends for a long time. I'm batting .750 with that philosophy.
