Is it appropriate to treat a post-bac interview like a med school interview (full suit)? Or is something a little less intense (but still formal) called for?

Always better to go with more formal rather than less. The interviews I've been too all the men wore full suits, without exception.

You'd be amazed at what some people show up in (esp med school interviews) - always overdress vs underdress for interviews

My advice for any interview, coming from someone who has come from a year of job hunting:
