Interview at ICO - Applicant Host Program

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Its nice, you get to stay in the RC for the night before your interview. They give you one of the 'guest' rooms on their upper floor. Also, one of the ICO students serves as your 'host' and can answer any questions you may have. When is your interview? Good luck!

Thanks for your reply! Are there specific requirements as to check in/out times? Food included or not?

My interview is 1/21. I know it's kind of late, but I have an interview at SUNY 1/11 so I'm sort of combining the trips.

When I went, there were no restrictions on check-in times, but I had to check out by 9 AM. Food was not included, though my 'host' gave me a bag of yummy junk food and a bottle of water. imo, it's better to bring your own breakfast, or you will crash on sugary-foods like I did.

Good luck on your interview!

Hrmm....check out by 9am? But they said the interview is 9:15-2:30. So I have to bring all my luggage to the interview and fly home in my suit? o__O

Yeah, you just bring all your stuff across the street to the actual ICO facility and they'll hold it for you until your done with the interview. You can catch breakfast if you get ready early enough in the cafeteria. Also, you can always change after your interview - bc you'll already have your stuff there, that's what most of did.
