interview at walgreens for pharm tech position

Hi, I have an interview at walgreens this fri and i was wondering for those ppl who have interviewed at walgreens what kind of questions to expect. Also, can anyone give any pointers? how should i dress up for this interview, and should i bring a copy of my resume? I really dont want to screw this interview up, i really need a job right now

im not sure about walgreens specifically. they never called me back to interview and the store already opened 🙁

anyways, you are supposed to dress professionally for interviews. Even though they have your application information, it wouldn't hurt to bring a resume and reference with you. I would assume they want to meet you in person to see if you are capable of communication and probably ask you about your schedule, and what you want to learn from the job. Maybe something along the lines in what you decide to do in the future, pursuing a pharmacy degree, etc. Good Luck.

Is this your first or second interview? Walgreens might give you a test in the first interview. The store manager took me to the computer and said, "here is your test." I didn't even study, so I probably failed (this happened during the summer before I took the PTCE). That is why I want to tell you now before you make the same mistake as I did. Study the abbreviations, drug names, calculations, and other things that were on the PTCE (pharmacy tech certfication exam) and good luck!!

I am training at Walgreens now...I just got done interviewing there a week or two ago. Basically they will ask u... Why do you want to be a pharm tech? Tell me about yourself? What did you dislike most about your other jobs? Whats did you do at your other jobs? Are you a people person? Do you like dealing with people? How would you handle dealing with a rude customser? How did you deal with rude customers at your last job? Were you ever late at your last job? How was your overall attendence at your last job? did you ever use any sick days? how much are you looking to get paid? etc. etc.

They also prefer people with very flexible schedules. I had no experisence at all but I was very flexible so I believe thats why they hired me.
