Interview attire for 2024-2025 cycle (virtual)

Hi! I am in the 2024-25 cycle and am wondering about what women should wear for virtual interviews. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there so I just wanted to ask in here and see what y’all have to say.

I’m seeing a lot about women’s suits / blazers. Since interviews are all virtual now, are blazers / suits still a must? I was thinking about just doing a professional blouse and wanted to see if that was a bad idea. I just feel like I’d be uncomfortable in a blazer for all that time but if it’s a bad idea to go without one then I will buy one.
