Interview attire - Girls?
Started by SSD1
Hello girls!
I was wondering that what are you guys bringing to the interviews to put in the brochures etc they give you?
Or does it look ok to carry them in hand?
Thanks!
At my interviews, they didn't just hand us brochures/loose papers...everything was in a neat folder so you could carry it around.
Thank you for your reply!
Where were most of you guys carrying cameras then? In your hands?

I brought a medium-sized purse to carry all of my stuff. I don't know if you necessarily need to bother with a camera though. I haven't used mine at any of the interviews that I've gone to so far.
Don't people take pictures of the facilities etc?
This is the reason I was thinking of bringing in a camera...
No one was taking pictures of the facilities on my tour. I'd be cautious about taking pictures...It might make patients, students, professors feel a little uncomfortable, since they're generally using the lab/clinics/classrooms during your tour.
I would not take pictures. The school's HIPAA policy may not allow for it. If you must, ask before you click.
Most students will actually bring a nice leather folder... not exactly sure what they are called and then the will basically pretend to take notes in them thinking that the faculty will see this and think they are serious about their school. Best advice: don't be pretentious, skip the folder and save $40 or so.

Yeah... I see a lot of people bring those leather folders with their resumes inside and etc...
But every interview that I've been to, the school will hand you a folder with all of their info inside anyway. I think the folder is more for looks. Take a look to your left and take a look to your right. See that girl with her purse?
Essentially your folder is the equivalent to that
