Interview Attire

Well....I think you will stand out at least? I definitely don't think it's too formal, if not too casual.

Just my personal opinion but I wouldn't wear a colorful pocket square or a tie.

Also is that a gray corduroy blazer or micro stripes? I'd prefer a classic gray/navy/black suit.

Just my two cents. Good luck on your interviews!

Looks great to me. I think people stress too much about these things. Just wear something nice. They are going to care a lot more about who you are than what you wear. If you look amazing but can't communicate well, then you're screwed. On the other hand, if you are not dressed super sharp but interview well, I think you'll still be ok. Just my opinion of course...

Hi, it's a pretty clever suit because it actually does match! I think you should go safe and wear a black tie. Also, I'm not sure what the material is of the suit, but as long as it looks formal and professional. Stay with navy blue/dark grey/black. 🙂

In the end, I do agree with this. Objective of the interview is to see if a candidate is a good fit for the school (and if he/she will excel in the program etc.) So if you can rock the interviews, what you are wearing shouldn't really matter that much...as long as you're not coming in with board shorts and flip flops. But for me, since these interviews are chances that I don't want to miss, I wouldn't let myself targeted by an interviewer who might nitpick about interviewee's attire. So that's why I suggested those things up there 🙂
