Student Doctor Network Interview Feedback (not really a book, but a good resource). There's a blog out there called "Harvard Med Girl" that's got some good practice questions and advice (obviously not a book either, FAIL x2).

Read up on the healthcare reform.

Best advice though...go to social cocktail events and practice meeting as many random people as you can while holding intelligent or interesting conversations.
