When did schools start to offer interviews last cycle?
Last year, most interviews start around late Sep. and early Oct. But they usually send u the interview offer at least few weeks before the interview date. Here are the few schools I remembered:
Case: their interview process begin really early, around mid-Aug.
NYU: relatively early, mid Sep.
Stony Brook: End Sep.
Michigan: Early Oct.
UNLV: early Oct.
USC: early Oct.
Temple: early Oct.
How long on average do the dental schools take then, to give you an admissions decision after the interview?
They can't inform any students of decisions until December 1. Students that interview after December 1 can be made aware at any time, but they are *usually* placed onto a list and then notified around January 15, or February 15. This isn't always the case, but it generally holds true (the December 1 date is always true).
Does this mean that any student interviewing at a school before Dec 1st will always get their decision by Dec 1st? Thanks for the help.
