Interview dates

I've noticed that some schools offer interviews on certain days of the week. ie. Every Monday or Friday.
Is this the same every year? Some schools haven't posted their interview dates yet and my boss wants to know what my semester is going to look like..

It may or not be the same depending on the schedules of the interviewers. Additionally, some schools have just a few interviewees scheduled every day, some do ~10 people 1-2 times per week, and others do 30-40 people once or twice a month.
