Which would you prefer; an interview during the week or an interview on the weekend, and why?

During the weekend in case it overlapped with school or work... I understand a lot of people work on the weekend too, but I think in general people would have more time on the weekend. My microbiology professor said he refuses to give make up exams for any reason for example, so if I got an interview on a Friday I would have to find a way to convince him to let me take it early. I think it would be easier to ask for an excuse out of school or work than it would be to try and haggle with interview dates... I'm more paranoid about getting accepted to pharmacy school. It seems like most admissions offices are probably only open on the week days so that is just something we have to plan for.
