Interview Day Profile Form for ICO

Hi everyone, for those who received an invitation for an interview at ICO, we were told to complete the interview day profile form. However, when I try to complete it says there are validation errors on page and it doesn't allow me to continue to the next page. Is anyone having the same issues? Also, it asks me for my Canadian Social Insurance Number which is 9 digits but the section on the profile form requires 10 digits, which doesn't make sense either.

I've emailed ICO admissions twice and they first said they have fixed the issue but it doesn't seem like it has been fixed on my end. Thanks!
