Seeing as 1st round of RCSI interviews are coming up in a little over a week. I was wondering if anyone had some insight into the format of the North American interview. Is it laid back, more formal, are there ethics questions asked, lifestyle questions? Oh and regarding the infamous "How are you going to pay for the tuition?" question...are there any red flags answering this? thanks again.
