Interview Invites Done

Are all interview invites done being handed out? I have several IV's a bit short of the 10 i had hoped for but i think im ok. That being said i still have not heard from 2/3 rds of the places i applied to. Im a USIMG and applied to 83 places some of my interviews are at the typical places IMG's get, a few at places that are mainly US grads and DO's. Should i have any expectations to get maybe 2 or so more IV's or just forget about it at this point.

You should check the interview invite thread. That will give you information on specific programs if they're still sending out invites.

For some places you may be on the waitlist, for some, they may just not bother sending rejections until after the rank list is due, if at all. I've heard people still getting invites all the way to January. It's impossible to tell.

I'm still waiting on half of the programs I applied to (the other half were split between invites and rejections), but there are only a handful I'm still interested in. I contacted them after my recent step 2 score came out and will either hear back this week that I'm on a waitlist, they're done with invites and I'm rejected, or nothing. But it beats purgatory. I have plenty of invites I'm happy with, though, so I don't have much skin left in the game for the holdouts.

You should check the interview invite thread. That will give you information on specific programs if they're still sending out invites.

Yeah there are some programs that are not on the invites thread at all. So either they havent started interviewing or no SDNers applied to those places.
Is that even possible?
