Had a phone interview with Methodist health Houston but yet to get any response back too.

BTW if you are to have a journal club presentation on an interview, what topics are best to present if you have to come with your own topic. Would it be good to play safe, and talk about general topics like pharmacy practice, trends in use of a drug in treating certain diseases or any suggestions? pretty urgent pls.😕😀

I mean topics like:

Enteral nutrition in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patient.
Current Approaches to Anticoagulation for Reducing Risk of Atrial Fibrillation-Related Stroke.
 
I heard from New Hanover Regional Medical Center. I am not sure if they are done with invites yet.

Has anyone heard from The MED?

What happens if applicants have the same topic during the interview? Interviews coming up and haven't pulled my presentation together yet. :scared:

Anyone heard from St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa, FL? Can't remember anyone saying they've heard from them - interview or otherwise.

Having difficulty picking a topic to present. Wondering if it would be o.k to present on pharmacoeconomics, managerial/monitoring impact or other general topics. Pls help
 
Have a friend that interviewed at the Dallas VA last week, and they also had interviews today
 
check your spam people, i just found a rejection in there! :/ lol

again though, it was a "we've had overwhelming response"

I feel like they have a way of weeding out a bunch of people when they send that because they can't even begin to go through all applications.

I haven't responded with a confirmation of the date yet so I haven't received any specifics about the presentation but I would just try to closely follow the guidelines presented, if any. They're likely just trying to gauge your speaking and communication skills anyway.
 
Anyone heard back from Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL? They said they were gonna send out everything thursday but I never got it. I'd just like to know rejection or whatever
 
Any news from Forsyth? They stated they were sending news this week.

Same here. First it was the 1/23 then 1/31 (yesterday) I'm still waiting as well.
 
Anyone hear from the VA in Palo Alto or the VA in San Diego for invites?

Hey,

I got an email from Forsyth saying they will contact for interview late this week...But no invite/rejection yet. Also no word from CMC Main either. I am not sure if it is ok to follow up comes Monday!

Okay, thanks! I got an email from Forsyth last week saying the same thing. CMC Main said they were gonna let people know around the 31st. I wouldn't email them about it, I'd just wait it out.
 
Good luck on interviews! Remember, for those who received interviews... They already like you on paper, now just dazzle them with your personality!!!!
 
Hey guys.. did anyone apply to USC Acute or University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (Las Vegas)? Those are my last 2 im waiting on, and not sure if I am supposed to assume they are "no"s or wait longer....

USC acute has been sending out interview invites.

Rejections: 1
No word: 2

I've already had three interviews, and I've got two this week! Good luck to everybody!!!
 
Still waiting from two programs. Duke hasn't said anything. I just figured I got a rejection, but confirmation of that would be nice.

Same here - Duke and UIC - I just want to certify my rank list already but am waiting to see if I'll have more interviews, although not likely.

How many total interviews do you have so far?

I had two already and have two more to go. I'll turn in my rank list probably March 1st.
