How do schools usually notify you for interviews via Email or telephone? I realized that for one school that I sent my secondary in for that I put down my school phone number and I am not going to be able to reach my voice mail over break!

Almost all of my interview invites were via e-mail. A few were via snail mail. But I've never heard of an interview invite over the phone. I think people only get called when they get accepted.

Most schools send interview notifications via email...However, I have heard of some schools (I can't specifically remember which ones do) contacting applicants by phone..

I have received one interview invite via phone. The rest were snail mail. I wouldn't stress it too much. There will be very little adcom action over break. If you are really concerned about a particular school, call their office and ask if they will be issuing any invites over the break, and if so, how they will issue them.
