Interview prior to recieving LOR?

Do schools, in general, give interview invites prior to recieving all LOR's?

Dunno. I got one from San Antonio prior to LORs, but Baylor wanted LORs before my file was considered complete. I finally got an interview from them...a month after San Antonio. I think it depends on the school, but I would get those letters in as soon as possible!
