I was asked this question, and I just basically told them about my skills, which are also already in the applications. Doesn't hurt to mention them again.

Highlight or stress certain parts of the application.

Yeah I would probably say something about how much I like their school and why I feel like I'm a qualified applicant. ie/leadership, team player, etc.

Of course it probably won't hurt to hightlight your strengths. However, virtually everyone is great when it comes to d-school interviews. So I would also suggest saying something about how/why you would be an asset to their class. Like being a tutor, or if they have PBL how you work well in that situation, or a way that you are excited about contributing to one of their programs like foreign missions etc.
