how early are you guys going to start preparing for the interviews and what are you guys going to do?

If you are done with secondaries and have nothing else to do there is no time like the present. Know all parts of your application cold. I used Princeton Review book. It had over 100 interview questions and it really prepared me to answer anything.

Through the interview tab on SDN I have spent hours reading questions that were asked to other ppl who interviewed. Not only at the schools I am interviewing at, but just randomly picking schools and reading questions to give me a broad range of the types of questions that may be asked. I often think of how I would answer questions like "why DO? or "Why Medicine? However I just think about what I want to get across to the ADCOMS so it doesnt sound rehearsed.

I did that as well. The SDN interview section is great resource of interview questions as well. Stay calm and collected during the interview. The interviewers know that you are nervous and will usually ease you into the conversation, by just asking a little about yourself. After that they may ask you the hard questions.

I finished my secondary on the 4th of August. I don't even have LOR's in yet.

You will get an interview soon as well. Hang in there. I didn't get any interviews until January. Don't worry there is plenty of time.
