I'm interviewing at a school next week for a linkage program (hence the summer interview) and I'm wearing a skirt suit. Since it's summer, do I need to wear panty-hose? Usually interviews occur in the winter/spring and therefore people suggest wearing panty-hose but if it's summer do I still need to??? Is it preferable since it's more formal? Any advice would be great.

Are you a male? If so i don't think you need to wear pantyhose.

Yes. Don't let something silly like not wearing hose be a negative for you. More than likely it won't matter, but since the norm is to wear hose, you should wear them.

Answer the following: Which would your preference be? Wearing panty hose and being a little uncomfortable and it having zero affect on your interview or not wearing hose and having even a single interviewer note it in their mind and be a little biased against you? Seems like lots of possible gain for minimal cost.
