Does anyone have a good resource or list of common interview questions? I've found a list of generic questions common to most residency/fellowship interviews, but was wondering if those of you who have gone on a few interviews encountered any difficult or unexpected questions? Much appreciated!

You're worrying too much. Unlike residency with a large class (up to 50+ residents per year), fellowship is much smaller and you work more closely with the faculty you interview with. Therefore, fellowships interviews are very much about the faculty getting to know you, assess whether you would be a good fit (as in a coworker rather than just a trainee) personality-wise, and see whether your interests fit in with the department's goals. There isn't a standard list of questions, but you should have answers to the usual ones (i.e. "tell me about yourself," "tell me about [insert blank] research", "where do you see yourself in [insert number] years", "why do you want to come here").

Most random question was "in 1 minute, teach me something that you know how to do well, and that I don't." Wasn't expecting that. You just have to have a flexible mind and think on your feet, which is necessary in medicine because not everything goes according to plan. But these questions are outliers, not the norm.

Agree with above. The only challenging questions I ever had were to present a case on the fly and if I was willing to commit that I wanted an 80/20 (research/clinical) career.
