I have had some difficulty finding the threads at this site that go over questions asked in the interview for anesthesia - i've tried searching, but no luck, i know it must be here somewhere....anyone with some guidance for threads, or possibly some ideas for what questions get asked? i am very nervous about interviews, i tend to choke.....

There should be a few threads about this already, but here are some standards:
Why anesthesiology
Why here
Describe an interesting case
Where will you be in ten years
Tell me about xxx in your personal statement
Tell me a little about yourself (This is actually a really hard question if you think about it...)
Describe this research project that you did as a first year med student and haven't thought about since but listed in your ERAS because it had a space for research.
Do you have any questions
Do you have any questions
Seriously, the more questions you have the better. You really dictate how the interview goes mostly by what you ask and how interested you are in the program.

Thank you so much!

I've bee on three interviews so far and the hardest question is "Do you have any Questions??" If you say no, you look stupid for wanting to match and have NO questions about the next four years of your life. Once you talk to 10th person, it gets hard to think of more questions.....most of the time I repeat the same ones over and over.
