I was wondering if anyone has found a good link with practice interview questions. Also, a couple of questions if anyone can give me some advice I would appreciate it:
1. Would it be appropriate to call schools and ask who specifically will be interviewing me?
2. Is it common for programs to ask ethical questions during the interview?
3. When sending out thank you letters after the interview, can you just email the program director or should a formal letter be send out?
Thanks in advance

Answering your questions in order (other people may have a variety of responses)

1) Yes you can ask who is interviewing you - it probably won't matter though unless you already know you have a subspecialty interest (our program makes an effort to match you up with a doc from that subspecialty if that is the case)

2) Ethical questions were uncommon for me during the interview trail (one question in all of my interviews)

3) You will get a variety of responses about thank yous; I sent formal thank yous to PDs and, at programs I liked, each person who interviewed me - maybe a bit overkill, but i felt like it was the right thing to do
