1. I have interview coming up, does anyone have an interview rubric used by med schools.
2. How do I improve my interview skills.

2. Practice in your mirror and with a friend/family member/career advisor. Make sure you have stories to tell in response to common interview questions, such as "Give me an example of how you resolved a conflict." Also practice answering "So tell me about yourself" and "Why do you want to be a doctor?"

Practice but don't rehearse. You want to be prepared, but you don't want to sound as though you've memorized a script.

The best interviewees are relaxed, confident, and natural in their answers. Firm handshake, smile, eye contact. Let the interviewer get to know you.
 
Does anyone have suggestions for good books on these topics:
1. How to interview.
2. State of healthcare industry. I don't understand Obamacare.
3. Health care ethics.
