Is it better to have an easy month in october or in december for interview season? I already have an easy month for november. Which other month is important?

Vast majority of my interviews were done during last week of november and first 2 weeks of December. You won't have any time to do anything else but fly, sleep and interview during those 3-4 weeks.

definitely december. most of my interviews were during that time.

i agree, this is also a good time to study for Step II. There are boundless opportunities during airport delays and long x-county flights. 😉
