It doesn't matter what you wear if the place does not want to hire you..... I am blown away how recruiters, especially in this tight market, think it is ok to not get back you regardless of what the outcome is - there is virtually no follow up these days. I don't know who talks to whom and what goes on behind closed doors but that is the general trend... so wear shorts, if a place wants you they will take you. Meaning that wear a shirt a jacket and slacks not a tuxedo. Yes its nice to interview a well dressed provider - that will not decrease the number of calls you will be taking
