At the end of the interview day I have had to fill out some questionaire. Are these things confidential or does the adnissions commitee go through them? Also who sees them?

In 10+ years of service making final decisions for admission, I've never seen a post-interview feedback form from an applicant; so, no, the admissions committee doesn't see them.

Furthermore, if you didn't put your name on it, how would they know it was you? I suspect that they are anonymous to ensure frank and honest responses.

I do believe that applicant feedback is given consideration in making changes from one cycle to the next.

Might depend on the school, but the feedback form at my school doesn't go back to the admissions committee. I think its purpose is to see if there are any parts of the interview day that applicants didn't like and what should be changed.

They also want to assess the quality of their interviewers. Some people who sign up to interview are bad interviewers, sometimes they can even be unprofessional.

Just answer the feedback form honestly.

I agree with the above but I also understand your hesitation. At my school, these go to the admissions office but not to the committee that evaluates your application. If you have an important piece of negative feedback to give and you are afraid it will hurt your application, take the form with you and ask for the address to mail it back to them after your application is considered.

Constructive feedback about the rhythm of the day's schedule etc. will not be held against you. Schools want to sell themselves well in order to attract the strongest applicants to enroll in their program, so offering your responses (even if negative) is beneficial to them.

So true about the interviewers... we don't know what goes on behind closed doors and sometime we do have someone who is unprofessional (perhaps due to an undiagnosed illness or other problem) and no one would know unless applicants speak up.
