Is it acceptable to send one thank you letter to the PD after an interview (including words of thanks to all of the residents and faculty that interviewed you), or should we send a letter to each faculty member/resident who interviewed us. Thanks.

To the programs you really want to go to I would send letters to each of the faculty members who interviewed you. Thank you e-mails to the residents would probably be fine.

You never know who's going to be sitting around that table helping make out the rank list.
