What is everyone doing for thank you letters, are you sending a letter to each interviewer or to the residency coordinator? Hand written or typed? What do you think??

I sent thank you by e-mail to my interviewers the day after my interviews and they still responded positively 🙂
If you are unsure whether the faculty of the programs you're applying to actually check their e-mails frequently then send them typed letters rather than handwritten since it looks more professional.
