Do any schools pay for travel and lodging when coming to interview? If any, which schools? I cant find very much information about interviews at all on school's websites. I know this is far fetched but I figured it wasn't totally improbable.

Thanks.

From what I understand, you are on your own for interviews. You have to pay for hotel, airfare, etc.

One question I always wanted to know is if any schools offered any type of housing during interviews with a current student. Maybe that is better suited for undergrad, but it would be pretty cool to stay with a current student and get a chance to ask more questions.

You pay for the associated travel costs. Some schools will provide discounted hotel info if you mention you're interviewing at _____ dental school.

Not that I know of, most people live in private housing anyway.

You pay your own travel expenses. Most schools have deals with local hotels for a discount. If I remember correctly, Minnesota had a dental fraternity that you could stay at for really cheap (am I right, @ktran17 ?). So, other schools may have a similar arrangement.

Psi Omega of UMN has been accommodating interviewees with lodging when permissible. I'm sure they'll do it again this year, but I can't say for sure right now.

I think you could stay at the dental frat at Case Western for either free or close to free.

But you get to pay to fly in to Cleveland... which is one of the most expensive airports! 😛
