Interview Waitlist Northwestern

I got a phone call yesterday putting me on the interview waitlist for Northwestern's Feinberg program. I've never heard of this before, but it doesn't sound promising. Does anyone know how this works? How many they waitlist, how many they invite to interview, etc? Anyone have this happen last year?

Oh, boo! That sounds a little sad, but not completely! I'm sure there were plenty of people that didn't get any mention of an interview at all. I would guess that they probably don't interview a lot of candidates, or maybe not everyone they invite goes for the interview.

Feinberg called candidates about 3 weeks ago for interview slots, so they probably are getting wind of how many people are accepting interview slots, and you were high on their list, and wanted to give you a head's up! Good luck. 🙂
