Nice. I'm glad that your interview confirmed your interest in going to COMP. 🙂so I just got back from my Western interview, and I am hoping I did well enough to get in, I would definetly send my deposit and accept an offer if one is made..
who else interviewed today with me? There was probably like 20 students there....LAURA where are you???? 🙂

It really did. If I get in, and you decide to accept your offer--we will be colleagues in the c/o 2011 👍
what were your impressions of the university and its DO program?

forgive me....im like a drunk guy right now
i interviewed there last week and am waiting to hear back.
The school impressed me waaaay more than I thought it would and now I am kicking myself because I don't think I performed very well during the interview. My interviewers were very serious and poker-faced the whole time, so it's been a tough week of waiting.
But, yes, it seemed like a very progressive school in terms of improving for future needs.

Did you guys get interview invite at the same time with the secondary? Do they only offer secondaries to interviewees or screened applicants?
i interviewed on the second as well. I liked the school a lot more than I thought it would and it probably pushed it ahead of the touro's. The flexibility in rotations, the quality placements for residency, and a number of other factors impressed me. The interviewer I had said that by 2009 they will be accepting students to their new schools (I think vet and podiatry?) and that the building DO is in now will be pharm only and that DO will have a new building. They are expanding rapidly and will be entering research soon. I will post a interview feedback.

I just did a quick scan of some interview feedbacks and saw a lot of questions that could be answered medically/science-based or personally. Like where do you see yourself in 10 years.
Should you answer this medically career based or personal? Do the interviewers give any sort of indication of which answer they are looking for? If not, would it be lame to ask if they were speaking medical career wise or personal life wise?
Am I making any sense? 🙂

where YOU are in ten years to me means...
1.career
2.family?
3.living situation
4.goals
not just medical...
