I was wondering if anyone has been interviewed at several places and not been accepted to any of them?

Like if I get interviews at all the three texas schools that I applied to, is there a chance that I won't get in to any? (Even though I have the stats) I guess I just want to know my chances....

Did you apply to any other schools? Or only the Texas ones?

Based on doc toothache's thread, http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=563195

it seems that an interview at Houston or Baylor does not guarantee an acceptance at all. San Antonio has a better interview/acceptance ratio, but it is still ~60% chance.

But, unlike people with borderline stats, you don't need to ace the interviews, I think. Just don't mess it up and you will be fine.

Yeah, I mean, I always thought that getting an interview didn't mean much. But then looking at that post, at some schools it pretty much guarentees acceptance. I wish it was that way in Texas...

Thanks though, you made me feel better.
