interviewed previous cycle, no love from SAME school this cycle?

given that a reapplicant improved his application since last cycle, is it still possible to be rejected by the same school that offered him an interview in the previous cycle? just curious.

if this unfortunately happened, were you told why?

I can't imagine you would but who knows, maybe there was something in your interview that they just didn't like. Also, did this happen to you or is this purely hypothetical?
