Those who have interviewed at creighton, when did you guys get there the day of the interview. It says 2 p.m. followed by a tour of the school. Get there a little before 2 or get there early like some other schools? THanks!

i drove there from lincoln, so i ended up being more than 20 minutes early. There were already a couple people there. Patti Churchill was there talking with the interviewees and made us all feel comfortable.

so alittle before 2? i just wanted to know because im staying at the best western and its like a 5 min walk from the school so i dont want to get there super early but i dont want to be just like 10 min late or whatever

If you get there by 2PM you're not going to be considered late. If you get there a 1/2 hour early, there will probably already be a fellow interviewee there to talk with. That's always great for calming your nerves. At Creighton it's a pretty informal day, so they may pair you up early w/ a student for your tour (they do 1 on 1 tours). This school is definately the most relaxed of all interviews so don't worry too much. Dr. Ayers does the interviews (also 1 on 1) and makes it as low stress as you could wish for.

A little off topic, but what time did your interview finish up? The last flight back to Birmingham is at 6pm, do you think I would have time to make it? I've heard that the airport is close to the school. 😕

If you're the first one to interview, you should be out by 3. I was done by 4-ish.

cool i think ill be the 1st to interview b/c i talked to patti earlier about flying out and she said she'd be sure to put me 1st. anyone gonna be there today? im sitting in the lobby of the best western waiting to walk over

Hey this may be a little late, but I am also at the Best Western Seville for a Creighton dents interview tomorrow. Since I am most likely late, do you mind telling me how it went? Was it calm, and did he ask any really challenging questions???? If your still here, let me know and we can meet .....

I have very good scores/GPA/major and have contacted admissions twice now...they have everything they need and have told me twice that interviews aren't necessary for everyone to be accepted...do I take this as a kind rejection or a wink-wink, see you August '08...

I thought they use to not hold interviews for everyone but now the norm is to hold interviews for everyone before offering acceptances.

Right?
