Interviewer's phone ringing during interview

Some of the negative interview feedback has to do with interviewers answering their cell phones during interviews. Do you think some interviewers might do this just to see how we'd respond?

Oh no! I've blown their cover! 😉

I dunno funny you should ask b/c in one interview i had the guy was like i'm expecting an important phone call 🙄 and of course it came in. P.S. this was for med school.
