Interviewing after accepting a position

Hi guys, just want to get your opinion on something.

I applied for Endo residency and interviewed at a few schools. I got into Nova and accepted the position. I have received other interviews lately and wanted to know if it would be acceptable for me to go on the interviews. I just want to see what's out there.

I know what the PC response would be to turn them down, but seriously has anyone gone on interviews after accepting a position elsewhere?
