Interviewing for two jobs within same company different location

I am in a unique situation where I want to relocate out West, so I contacted several different Recruiters and district managers to try and get a position post graduation. I have now been offered interviews for two different parts of Cali (north and south) both within the same company: one I REALLY want and another I really want as well. Let's say best case scenario the interview with one goes very well and I get an offer from them first, before conducting the interview for the area I REALLY want to be in? Will they be able to look into the system and see that I interviewed at both places and be looked negatively upon? Could I be considered for both potentially? What is your experience with this?

Please no sarcastic remarks I'm really curious and seeking advice from peers or preferably those who have gone through this process or similar situation.
