So I’m asking because I observed this. If you interview with a significant other for a professional school and, just for example, one does well enough to land an acceptance, but the other does not, does the admissions committee have a bias towards not even taking the one that did well enough to land an acceptance because they view them now as a “package deal” and don’t want to waste sending out an acceptance to someone they think won’t accept it?
 
Too many variables honestly and would change from program to program. For example, two people applying with similar resumes or not etc etc. I would like to think they don’t factor that in into their decisions but who knows what goes on behind the scenes for each school.
