From what I remember here are the Target rphs interview questions. There are five of them for staff rph.
1. Target is about working with others of different cultures, beliefs, backgrounds, etc... Give an example of you working with other people with differences...
2. Give an example of conflict and how you resolve it.
3. Target is about new and innovation. Give an example of a new invention or idea you create?
4. Target is about recognition. Give an example of how you recognized someone for doing something great.
5. Target is about going above and beyond your job description. Give an example of doing something extraordinary for the guest.
These are off the top of my head and were the interview questions back in 2007-2008. They are just a set of standard questions that the managers just print out from the Target intranet. Now just develop your own original answers and goodluck.
