Does anyone know how to find out which are the psychiatry programs that wait to give out interviews after the dean's letter is turned in (which is November 1st) Thanks!

Arkansas did last year, they're the only ones I know of.

I think UCLA/Semel Institute (main program) also waits until after the Dean's letters arrive before giving out invitations.
