Hey,

Say I completed my secondaries early October (late, I know). When can I hope to start hearing back about interviews? Also, I've heard that if you don't hear back from a school within about a month, it means your chances of getting in are drastically reduced. In other words, an interview request in April is a lot less likely than an interview request in November, and your chances of getting in are higher if you get an interview in Nov than in Apr. Is this true?

It's quite possible you won't hear anything until next year.

I've been complete for over a month everywhere except one DO school. I haven't heard much. I really hope you're wrong about my chances being drastically reduced. I check my email multiple times a day hoping for interview invites. I heard the wait can be up to 3 months.
😕

I can't wait for an acceptance. This process is draining...

If you were complete somewhat early in the process (July-August) and haven't heard after a month it's not good. After that they start to get bogged down so the month rule probably doesn't apply.... maybe after 6 weeks to 2 months then it's not good.

that's a rotten lie!

least that's how I'm going to treat it. Now what happened to that "Still Ain't got no interviews" thread...
